Before founding The Edit + Co., Rachel served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a boutique development firm, where she gained firsthand experience across the entire development lifecycle—from site evaluation and acquisition to pre-development planning, design, team assembly, pricing, marketing, and sales. This comprehensive perspective has made her a trusted advisor to developers, investors, buyers, and sellers alike.
